Bought a 2005 Toyota Tundra with Will this winter and wanted to return to leave my feedback. I absolutely love my truck, and the help I was given by Will was amazing. Of course, these are used cars and will not be perfect, but Will showed fidelity and kindness in giving me much of his time to ensure I could get the truck while I was in the area. Just updating my original review from years ago. I've bought 4 cars from Heritage now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. My most recent purchase was a 2015 Chevy Sonic that I bought for my daughter. Great car. There are a couple small issues here and there, but nothing major, and it is a 2015 so we weren't expecting perfection. We bought a 2010 Ford Escape from Heritage Motor Sales we worked with Will they worked it out for us to come in later in the evening and the vehicle has been good we've had no issues other than needing a different battery. We would buy from them again.
They were easy to work with and wiggled the price down a little for me. The whole process took barely an hour from start to finish. But less than a month after getting the vehicle, it started messing up and the check engine light came on. Buying an "as is" vehicle is always risky. They had such wonderful reviews, I felt like I couldn't go wrong. But some things are truly too good to be true.
