Dealing with Heritage Modular Homes was the best part of our whole process in building an individual ADU! Carl and Heritage were super easy to work with. We were able to come up with our own floor plan and adjust the house and room dimensions to fit our needs. The delivery and set crew were excellent and done in one day. Heritage Modular Homes was great to work with. They were professional, took the time to work through the design carefully, and were very supportive throughout the process. They were also onsite during the set to help ensure everything went smoothly, which really showed their commitment. I appreciated their responsiveness, willingness to help, and overall attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them.

I worked with Corey extensively through the planning and execution of my project. Corey was fantastic at every stage. I met Corey with a pretty good idea of the design I wanted, and he helped to create the plan. He then followed through the whole process of placing the order, delivery, set day, and button up. There were only minor issues to be touched up after the set and Corey was on top of all of them. I wish everyone in the industry was as attentive as he is. You won't go wrong working with Heritage!!

Carl and his team were great to work with. The project went smoothly throughout the process (despite the fact that we live on the west coast). Carl was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The result…we have a beautiful home on the Cape!
