If I could give this place no stars I would. They keep increasing the lot rent without any explanation of why or what it's increasing for. Horrible sewer issues...especially one of the fields behind Aspen st. They don't know what plowing snow means, they can't seem to keep up on the mowing. Dead tree branches. Trash. The list goes on. R&B South is a joke. They are investors out of Massachusetts and never even set foot on the property they used a drone.
