Went today for work on my suv and again the service there is always A1. The staff there is always kind considerate and care about everyone that comes there. The work was done and fast. Sherrie is so so wonderful to her customers i love seeing her every year. Thank you Sherrie for your service.
Long waits for days and even weeks with no loaner vehicles, having to call to find out about my car instead of them reaching out to me, AND these are warranty issues on a 2020 vehicles with 48000 miles. Unacceptable, and even worse, they are the only Mitsubishi service center within 25 miles of the metro area!
Great service!! Customer service amazing and loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of the shop. My agent was so knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell she loves what she does.
My appointment was for Appt. 07:30 but when I arrived prior to 07:30, I was told that Chris was on his way and he would would process my service request, and to wait in service customer room, 25mins later Chris arrive, I am surprised no one took the initiative to handle my service Appt. Also since this service normally takes around 2 hrs. Max., I was surprise the service rep., did not cime and give me an update
