I was a sub-contractor for Heritage. They owe me close to 100k. While I have tried to get paid by them for months now, they have zero intentions of paying me. They left me no choice but to file a lawsuit. If you are thinking about hiring or being sub-contacted by JD, I can not recommend enough that you find a more honest and Honorable company to do business with. At this point, he is no better than a common thief. I hope this helps someone out there not get burned by Heritage Millwork or JD.
