This place is going down to the dumps. The park owners are slumlords. All they do is raise up the lot rent and never took care the community and the park that needs to be done. Also the rules there are lame and theres no quality of life there anymore and you dont feel like you owned your own home so would not recommend there. look at else where that not run by Evergreen communities LLC or Golden Oak LLC. Do some research first before you making a commitment buying a house in the trailer park.
The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.
Lived here for over 20 years. In the past 3 years have experienced many problems that seem to be in surmountable. Used to be a great place to live. NOT ANYMORE!
