I took my 9 month old in for ear infections and I experience nothing but kindness all the way through. They were able to get us in quickly, little to no wait time, great nurses, incredible doctors, the facility is so clean. Nothing but kind things to say.
I wish I could give the office staff 0 star. They are very unprofessional. Also, I don’t recommend Dr. Huber. My son was very sick and congested and we decided to cancel the tonsillectomy surgery. He billed us $500 for cancelling my son’s surgery. When I called and asked why we were charged, the secretary said that , there is a note in the charge saying” mom called and cancelled the surgery because the patient feels tired” and since this is not acceptable reason, we billed you. Called the number and it says office closed when it is in fact supposed to be open for another 45 minutes. Business owners, your front desk staff is turning off the phone because they don’t want to do their job!
I saw their PA Sophia Killett and she was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and thorough. I definitely recommend this practice and plan to return in the future if myself or family ever need an ENT again.
My family and friends have always had a good experience at Heritage ENT and don't agree with the negative reviews. Being a healthcare provider is hard and it's difficult to please everybody. Thank you to the Heritage ENT team.
