Dr. Jennifer Ker is AMAZING!!! My 12 year old son loves her! My son has asthma, severe allergies, AND an immune deficiency. We as a family really like her! She educates us on new scientific studies, treatments, and medicines that my son may be on. I have been to every allergie, asthma and PID doctor in middle Tennessee and didn't like ANY of them!! Dr. Ker takes her time, is thorough, listens to problems or concerns, and always give(AND she's a Buckeye so she's definitely a Winner!!! GO OSU BUCKEYES!!!!!!
As I can't speak for the capability of the physicians, what I can comment on is the incompetence of the office itself. I was interested in setting up a new patient appointment, so I made an initial call; the phone rang and rang and eventually went to voicemail. Naturally, I left a voicemail and left it at that. Never heard back from them even after a few days. So I tried calling again and ended up having to leave another voicemail. Still no response. Attempted calling again, twice at different times, to see if I could catch ... read more
