I'm on a certain type of medication experiencing a nationwide shortage, and as it is a controlled substance I cannot order more until I am nearly out of it. I have to call several pharmacies each month to figure out which one has it in stock, and then leave a voicemail with my PCP's office because his employees never pick up the phone, and I tell them where to send it. Where do I start with this place? I guess at the beginning. I got hooked up with Dr Mckean. He was great. Excellent doctor. Down to Earth, talk to you like a friend. I was like finally. I got a good doctor that I trust. Then he started to do the concierge medical program and I was told that if I wanted to keep him that I would have to pay $1500 a month. The providers I've seen have been wonderful. The administration of this medical group is ATROCIOUS. I am actively seeking a PCP outside of Heritage for this reason. You cannot speak to a person when you call. It is nearly impossible to get any sort of administrative support. I do not typically write poor reviews, but I've been with this group for 7 years and it has gotten progressively worse. I am in need of a script filled. Because you cannot speak to a person, 4 messages have been left with no return call.
