The providers I've seen have been wonderful. The administration of this medical group is ATROCIOUS. I am actively seeking a PCP outside of Heritage for this reason. You cannot speak to a person when you call. It is nearly impossible to get any sort of administrative support. I do not typically write poor reviews, but I've been with this group for 7 years and it has gotten progressively worse.
They speak to me like I am some delinquent child. Irresponsible, unprofessional, cannot get them to accomplish anything. No communication between employees. 0/10
They dont answer the phone ever
