Been a loyal patient for years and received a $60 bill today for sending one basic question in their app to my GP, which got labeled as an “E-Visit”. Billing department said this is the new policy, so be prepared to pay every time you want to talk to your doctor. Very disheartened and disappointed.
I am always pleased with the care and attention I receive here…my primary doctor, rheumatologist, physician’s assistant, labs, and ultrasound sound/scans, as well as the front desk associates and those who receive my phone calls…I am extremely pleased and have been for a long time!
I have had many bad experiences and some medical trauma so I have a lot of anxiety going to doctors offices. However, I have felt such at ease here. Everyone from the front desk staff, the phlebotomist, the nursing staff and the doctors have been so kind, compassionate, attentive, and supportive with my care. I’m considering moving all of my care to this practice. Thank you all for y’all that yall do!!
