My husband cancelled and rescheduled his yearly follow up-this office charged him $80 for a missed appointment that he did not schedule over a year ago-he spoke to the provider Dr.Satiya regarding this at his appointment that he rescheduled. I have contacted this office multiple times since February regarding this with no call back. The billing office is unhelpful and I would suggest anyone to beware of their billing policies and practices.

This is a great medical center with a lot of specialists and in-house medical equipment. Dr. Stephens and nurses are awesome. Cleared up my concerns and explained everything to assist me in making a decision to have my deviated septum surgery.

There are some good doctors here but trying to get through all the red tape to see them is stressful and extremely difficult. Most specialists will not allow scheduling through the main line and never answer their dedicated lines. If you miss their callback because you are working, you start the chase all over again. They also close earlier than many medical offices, making it tough on working adults. The location is nice, but that is where the convenience ends.
