Crazy how just sending a message to ask for a prescription refill is considered a $60 charge with zero notification that using the messaging app results in an e-bill lol
Clean and very well kept medical practices in this building.
My husband cancelled and rescheduled his yearly follow up-this office charged him $80 for a missed appointment that he did not schedule over a year ago-he spoke to the provider Dr.Satiya regarding this at his appointment that he rescheduled. I have contacted this office multiple times since February regarding this with no call back. The billing office is unhelpful and I would suggest anyone to beware of their billing policies and practices.
