The home is new to me and my uncle so we are learning all the ropes. The programs in place have been great for him to feel like he belongs to a community. I feel good going forward! He is becoming a great artist!
Seems to be a nice and modern facility. Every one of the staff is very courteous.
Last time I visited the smell in the room was horrible it smelled like dirty dippers bad. Had to cover my noise the whole time I was in the room and left early because it gave me a headache. The bag is not changed like it should be unless you complain constantly and now he has an Infection . People don’t care as if it were there loved one.
Everyone was pleasant, answered our questions and did get up to help when we asked for help. Taking care and helping a family member through a difficult situation while recovering from an illness.
