We visited our grandmother, a new resident of Heritage Manor. We were very pleased with the entire atmosphere, including the residents’ rooms. Everything was clean and fresh looking, and the staff we encountered were all friendly and welcoming.
Today, I experienced my first visit to see my mother in law at Heritage Manor of Houma. It is a remarkable place. It’s very clean and well staffed. My wife & II had the chance to visit with the nicest social worker about a few concerns- all of which were very well received & professionally addressed. A must be considered place for rehab or senior care.
So far it’s a very good looking place and seems very clean environment and staff seems friendly my mother is only there for rehab so I will keep you posted on how things are going during her stay
Katina is the most helpful and efficient admissions coordinator. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. I’m very impressed and extremely grateful for everything that she did to guarantee a smooth process for our parents.
