I have been a guest at Heritage Manor Bossier,LA I have recently had a aid here telling to hurry and eat so he could take my tray. I am paralyzed and it takes a little while to do anything, but 10 minutes to eat is better bad. I hope someone sees this. MY MOTHER JUST PASSED AWAY,SHE WAS THERE AND SEVERAL TIMES CALLED FOR A NURSE ,AND THEY NEVER CAME ARE IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME,THIS HAPPEND MOSTLY AT NITE WHEN FAMILY WAS NOT ALLOWED.MY MOM HAD CANCER BUT WAS FINE TWO DAY'S EARLIER.WE ASK THEM TO PLEASE CHECK HER BREATHING OFFTEN BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVEING ALOT OF TROUBLE.HER OXYGEN LEVEL DROPPED TO 60 THEY CALLED A AMBULANCE AND SAID THEY SAID SHE BARLY GOT THERE IN TIME.THE E.R.
