I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a complete joke. AVOID at all costs. The parking situation is awful. Alot of people get towed and they force you to pay $10 per each overnight parking permit. They also are very eager to fine any unit as frequently as they would like. I had a happy birthday sign in my yard for my sons 1st birthday and was fined $75 as a "Nuisance" to the community and then fined $275 for having family over to celebrate his birthday by putting tables in a common area. New homeowner at Heritage Manor and I’m loving it! I’ve added camera views around my townhome to keep an eye on my kids and management is always helpful with the required paperwork and any questions I may have. The small onsite HOA office is a short walking distance away and I can always count on Dan and Karen to help me with anything I need even if just a listening ear 😇 ! I foresee longevity here at Heritage Manor Townhome community 🤍
Wish I could give 0 stars. Worse place to live. Your car gets towed any chance you get. You can’t even park in your own driveway. Don’t mention the mice infestation. I have never seen so much mouse poop in my life. No matter what you do the mice just keep coming back. The pipes keep backing up. Every time your neighbors flushes their toilet it backs up into your sink. Terrible place to live
This association very rude …. I rent the house but i can’t park on my parkway ….. they Towed my car 3 times in 3 months. I rent the house 3 rooms but I can’t not have 3 cars …. That’s no sense !!!! They need all my 3 cars registered. 3 id . 3 driver change the address to be this place.(( ( what a joke ) …. This one is the definition of “ a bunch of Karens “. Rude and low IQ stuff. They really made the word incompetence to be positive when you associate to them. Don’t rent don’t buy here. I can’t wait to get out of my lease and run.
