I had the same experience. We were told the security deposit was refundable, and then when we tried to get it back, we were told no. I would never buy another vehicle here.

Terrible sales experience! Was asked to give a good faith deposit to talk price, would not talk price without deposit. Gave cc and asked if deposit comes back if we don't make a deal, salesman said YES! We agreed on a price, but I found something that like better the next day. Called to tell them I bought something else less than 24hrs later and they refuse to give my deposit back! Was given the run around for 3 days to be told deposit will not be refunded, they only refund if you can't get financing. Absolute scumbags!

Got a good deal, love the car. Just be sure to read all the fine print. We found out the hard way. But all is well that ends well....

I was impressed with the service. My truck broke down and the tow guy accidentally towed it there instead of ford across the street. They fixed the problem which was minor but could have easily ripped me off. They also called the warantee company to get it covered. The service guy was genuinely nice. I was impressed by their honesty in what seems to me to be a shady industry. I am actually bringing my truck back tomorrow. We will see if they keep up the good work. I intend to write a second review.

beware the salesmen are scammers. they kept my money on a incomplete deal. the manager, if you want to call him that, even tried to pick a fight with me by asking me to meet him after the dealership closes. what a joke!!
