The staff was very easy to deal with, and the furniture itself appears to be high quality. However, I do have a major complaint. Since delivery, the furniture has had an extremely strong odour from the finishing product. It has been a full week, and we have had to keep the room ventilated constantly with the windows open and use other methods to try to reduce the smell. Had a wonderful experience working with HLHF! We went to many many furniture stores before this one with not-so-great customer service experiences but right from the moment we entered this store, we felt their warm welcome. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped walk us through the different table finishings and stains and even gathered all of the samples scattered throughout the store so that we could see them side-by-side. Easy to get to…..Ample parking…..Beautifully clean and laid out showroom. Impeccable customer service that goes beyond!!! From measuring seat depth for me on multiple pieces while I waited on the phone …. To Lindsay answering questions through social media far beyond work hours ….. this place is a dream to collaborate with on your project!!! Will definitely come again!!!

Have bought a number of pieces from here and are always happy. Recently had a bedroom set delivered to our cottage which was seamless. Great customer service and the selection of finishes is impressive. Worth looking here before anywhere else if their style lines are what you want. Priced competitively.

HLHF has a really cool, curated selection of furniture and decor you don’t see everywhere. The showroom is laid out nicely so it’s easy to browse and get ideas, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly without being pushy. Great experience overall - I’d absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re furnishing a space or looking for something a little more unique.
