I had been a patient of Dr. Lund for many years. I received excellent care from her. She has now retired. The receptionist called me months ago to set up a annual checkup for May. I booked it but couldn't keep my appointment for that day. I called to try to rebook it for another time. I was met with the most unprofessional abrupt,cold rude person. The staff is very bad specially the Indian lady she doesn’t listen anything she smashed the phone very badly and she doesn’t have manners how to talk to people All the time when I ask the appointment or anything, she doesn’t listen and smash the phone All the time no doctors the timing it’s closing 4 o’clock 5 o’clock, but they just shut down the phone lines 1 o’clock Just a garbage clinic, please don’t go. The doctor is very careless doctor not care about your health. The doctor is garbage too.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to call in and book an appointment since 10am and it’s now 3pm but they have their phone line on direct messaging. Please look into this.

the receptionist just hung up on me twice??? i asked if they were taking patients and i got absolutely no response. instant hang up, i can hear her smashing the reciever down.
