Everyone was kind, patient, explained things clearly, and made the process overall very good — they clearly cared about helping patients feel safe and comfortable. I do not have the words to explain how wonderful the experience was, which was such a relief for a first appointment. Everyone seemed very skilled and knowledgeable in their respective roles, and most of all, they care about what they're doing and they helped me understand what I needed to when I had questions or concerns.
