Our neighborhood uses this service and they do not replace dead trees or plants, the grass does not get fertilized unless you go through hoops to hold them accountable, the grass gets mowed sloppily, and everything around you just looks like its wasting away - in a brand new neighborhood! They are under contract and the residents pay a nice fee MONTHLY for the service. Highly disappointing, especially knowing the level of work they do on the other side of the community and also the level of work they do in NoVa.
