We can’t say enough great things about working with Brooke Bevil. She made closing on our first home a seamless and stress-free experience. Brooke was always quick to respond to our questions and kept everything on track, even with our tight closing timeline. Her professionalism, excellent customer service, and pleasant demeanor made the entire process a pleasure. We highly recommend her!
Brooke Will not respond to emails and will not work with you. Huge waste of time. Trying to find a land loan and didn’t get approved for what I wanted to, so I asked what I needed to be approved for in order to work, totally ghosted me for 2 months of dealing with her. Had to constantly check the status of the loan process. Chad was better to work but overall it felt like knowbody cares about building trust with their customers. Don’t want anyone on here wasting there time like I experienced.
