Worst association ever! Don’t leave your trash cans out or have a overgrown leave or you will fined. Want to improve your property you will be sued! Have a problem with a neighbor -they will do nothing but collect millions in hoa fees that your family will never benefit from. Stay off!
Horrible association that ruins living in the community. There are no benefits to pay HOA dues because the lake and grounds are in such horrible condition. The clubhouse is used for office space and it is prohibitive to use because of the costs that are charged and heaven for bid you do something that the Hoa does not like because they are childish mongrels go after homeowners with any excuse but when it comes to really solving a problem they couldn’t care less.
