Positive experience purchasing used Skoda yesterday from Tony Hothersall. The car was waiting on the forecourt when we arrived, Tony showed us a few other vehicles that may of been of interest. A test drive was quickly arranged and an efficient sale was negotiated with tax and insurance arranged enabling us to drive the car away that same day as we requested. Great experience at Mon Motors. Efficient and knowledgeable. Josh led us through various options, was patient as we changed our minds various times but ultimately helped us land a Škoda we are super happy with.
Customer service non-existent! High level brake light on Skoda Karoq has failed. Phoned on Friday to ask how much it would be to have it replaced and was promised a call back that day, but no call received that day or following Monday. Called again on Tuesday, was told it would be looked into and I would get a call that afternoon. No call received. Chased again on Wednesday, advisor put me on on hold then cut me off.
