Really frustrating experience. My Skoda was booked in for an issue with the AC vent being broken. I require a courtesy car so the wait is over a month… The day before my appointment the part hasn’t arrived so the booking is cancelled and when the part does arrive I get a message to call them and find out the wait is now just shy of a month again because “I require a courtesy car” realistically if you need your car sorted on a reliable timescale I wouldn’t recommend here. Really smooth experience from first visit to the showroom, to picking up my car. Friendly staff who take time to explain things, and not 'pushy'. Big thanks to Henry, who explained all the features of the car.
Positive experience purchasing used Skoda yesterday from Tony Hothersall. The car was waiting on the forecourt when we arrived, Tony showed us a few other vehicles that may of been of interest. A test drive was quickly arranged and an efficient sale was negotiated with tax and insurance arranged enabling us to drive the car away that same day as we requested.
