The property manager charged us partial rent even after we moved out before our move out date! Then contacted us with late payments attached to the final bill!! Next she gave us the cold shoulder and refused to answer emails about the matter! DO NOT RENT HERE
Never wants to fix problems until they become emergencies especially when it comes to air conditioning. I literally had mold in the ceiling and the dry wall was falling apart
2024 RESIDENT!!!Worse place I’ve ever lived! They are slow to fix repairs. And when they do decide to come fix issues regarding repairs, they will find a cheap way to do it. In which you will be reaching out to them again for the same issue. The apartments are so outdated in the inside, hallways smell.
