2024 RESIDENT!!!Worse place I’ve ever lived! They are slow to fix repairs. And when they do decide to come fix issues regarding repairs, they will find a cheap way to do it. In which you will be reaching out to them again for the same issue. The apartments are so outdated in the inside, hallways smell. I lived here for a year and had a great experience. Brianna was always quick to answer any questions I had and friendly. Maintenance was quick and friendly as well. The location was safe and quiet, I hardly ever heard my neighbors. I will say the apartments are a little outdated but not bad at all!
I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Heritage Knoll. From the moment I moved in, I knew I made the right choice for my family and I. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The first thing that stands out is the cleanliness and landscaping. If you have a townhome or first floor apartment you have a little patio area making it a great place for kids to play.
