We have now hired Heritage Kitchen and Bath for two separate projects, involving a full kitchen remodel and a master bath remodel. We are delighted with the results of both. It is a pleasure working with the Heritage team who were with us every step of the way in designing the remodels and carrying out the work. In both instances, the final price was slightly below their final estimates, a testimony to their honesty and integrity, and completed within the allotted time. We recommend them highly.

We are enjoying beautiful results in 2 bathrooms, and in our kitchen using Heritage K & B. Both projects included new cabinets, counters, tile work, and electrical and plumbing work. The office staff communicates well, and are extremely talented in designing anything that you want. The team members are all excellent and experienced craftsmen in their jobs of fabricating stone, hanging cabinets, tile work, etc. Installers were all friendly, and answered any specific questions we had about the project. Extremely disappointed with this company. To echo what other reviewers have said: the attention to detail is just not there. The ownership and management seem to have no respect whatsoever for their customers, or work quality standards. We are still dealing with cracks in our grout, and a crooked refrigerator cabinet which is likely unfixable unless we tear the entire frame apart and rebuild from scratch. If you have a small bathroom tile project, and its important to you, do not use this company. No matter how important your project is to you and your home you will not get the attention that you as customer need, nor will problems be addressed on a small project. Beginning of 2022 I had a small bathroom front hallway to be remodeled after 27 years in the home, kind of a dream remodel.
