this is the worst agency in the trucking industry! why would you have phone numbers and emails for contacts while you are not answering/ responding, i have missed loads just because if cert holder, and i was calling the for 5 good hours with different numbers and different emails. this awful service and poor communication, watch out this agency guys

I have a problem Every Time Communication nobody answer phone if you need contact somebody and issue for payment every month is not take off money due date payment and next day will be canceled Insurance to your company disconnect my accountant Kara she doesn't answer phone if you call 2 week 3 week she no call you back never I have that problem I'll be 3 years every month is for payment to due date I have problem
