Bad customer service. After submitting online application and providing all my details they didn’t even bother contacting me back. When I called to follow up a few days later, they said they don’t need my business because I’m in canada and they aren’t interested at all, in a rude form. Avoid!
Folks here go above and beyond to help find the best coverage for the best price. I had a more complex situation that a lot of other agents weren't willing to deal with, and Heritage came through for me. I highly recommend.
