Living german roaches (pictured), pee stained mattress, ripped up mattress cover, stained sheets and blankets, terrible lumpy pillows, stained towels (with a blackish hue despite being white towels), hairs everywhere, dirty floors, the toilet didn't properly flush (and they know because a plunger was sitting next to the toilet), filthy air unit with black specks all over it, and a truck turning on outside of my door started to fill my room with the smell of exhaust. This hotel is not recommended based on rude staff, questionable cleanliness and not honoring fees. I was told on phone with Booking it would be $12 for my dogs. When I got there, the manager demanded $25 in cash. Since the room was not refundable, I felt I had no choice. I had to ask him 3 times for a receipt. When he came to room to clean toilet, he said it was another $25 for the 2nd dog. Cash of course. He said he would take $20 but no receipt. The garbage pick up came between 6 and 6:30 a.m. Single women beware.
