If i could give zero stars i would. This room was a disaster. The lights didnt work, room stunk, holes from cigarette burns were on the bedding, shower was gross. We went right back to the front desk and got a refund and left.
The room was nice, besides the fact that it didn't have a shower curtain. And neither night stand lamp was working. And no security bold for the door. It had a sofa and sofa table, a desk and chair. An amazing working Ac, the fridge was cold, and the microwave was in working order. I would stay there again. The location is great.
Booked this hotel as we were traveling for a funeral. It sent me a email with check in time off 7am. I get there at 11. It took 30 minutes to be greeted and then told come back in a hr and half. After check in, the TV remote was destroyed and it several hours to fix. The sheets and pillows were all dirty and didn't want to traded for clean materials.
