I have stayed at Heritage Inn a few times when I needed a night away from home and I have always enjoyed my stays. It's very affordable, the room is always clean, everything works, and only one time the remote to the tv didn't work but the manager got me a new one right away. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Also, the location is great. You don't even have to get back out and drive in traffic to go eat, as you have several restaurants within walking distance, as well as the mall. I will definitely stay ther... read more
My sister came down from NC I booked a room days ago and when she got there no one was at the desk and her room wasn't ready
If i could give zero stars i would. This room was a disaster. The lights didnt work, room stunk, holes from cigarette burns were on the bedding, shower was gross. We went right back to the front desk and got a refund and left.
The room was nice, besides the fact that it didn't have a shower curtain. And neither night stand lamp was working. And no security bold for the door. It had a sofa and sofa table, a desk and chair. An amazing working Ac, the fridge was cold, and the microwave was in working order. I would stay there again. The location is great.
