SO SO DISSAPOINTED AND DEGRADING!!! As his family, I am absolutely disgusted by the way my father was treated at Heritage Motor Inn. He is a disabled veteran who travelled to honour ANZAC commemorations and, instead of being treated with dignity and respect, was made to feel unwelcome and humiliated because he was accompanied by his medically required assistance dog. I am a disabled veteran who recently had a deeply distressing experience at the Heritage Motor Inn. I had pre-booked and paid online for accommodation after being invited to attend and speak at the Bathurst ANZAC Dawn Service Commemorations. Upon arrival, I presented with my registered medical assistance dog.
