Im putting thia review in for my mother. If we could we would give this place no stars. This guy from the front desk went and tried to enter her room at night. He tried several times and made me her feel unsafe. He didnt say anything just tried to enter until finally he spoke and told her he thought she had checked out. How is that possible when he himself checked her in himself just hours earlier. I called him myself and he gave me a dumb excuse that it was a computer error. Pros: staff were nice and working hard to give guests a good experience. Anytime I asked for coffee one of the staff brewed fresh pot for everyone. Free Wifi was fast enough to watch YouTube videos. Cons: I had to change my room because it was infested by cocroaches. There was no hot water. Elevator was out of service. No breakfast. Walls were brittle. My sheets had stains.
Do not go here it was disgusting air conditioner was very nasty , head boards were tore up , room had roaches , covers were stained , it was disgusting do not go here at all
