What an excellent experience I have just had with Heritage. At the end of last week, the clip came off the top hose to the radiator of my Grenadier, lost coolant, engine overheated, the Ineos Recovery Service (AA) did an excellent job to fashion a temporary replacement and get me back on the road. I now needed a dealer to replace the water in the cooling system with proper coolant, replace the clip etc etc. The only dealer that really helped me out was Heritage in Gloucester. Very stress free purchase. Tony was very clear and helpful, made my Wife and I feel relaxed and not at all pressureised. The deal was easy and we are very happy with the whole process. Definitely recommended.
My wife and I were looking for a used car as it was time to replace her previous one. We found a used car we liked listed on their website, booked a viewing after a pleasant phone call with Simon and test drove it the following day. Fast forward a week and we went in to collect it. So i cant recommend enough the professional service i had when buying a Audi with this garage personal care was 100 percent and even when the car was delivered the driver sat and when through all of the car details ! This garage is loyal , honest and i wouldn't buy from any where else now Ive found them ! With so many dodgy dealers around you are totally safe with this Garage !
