My name is Neil Murphy, and I am a property manager. I manage one of the properties that Heritage Housing Partners (HHP) built. HHP, from Pasadena, CA, built the property in question during the year of 2017, but unfortunately, there have been some building defects. For example, an HVAC Closet Tower’s roof failed, which allowed moisture to seep in and produce mold and fungus inside of the HVAC Closet Tower. The repairs will total more than $20,000. Jackie was a life saver when it came to selling my first home. She was extremely communicative and took the time to explain processes and paperwork to me. She was very professional and knowledgeable regarding real estate and helped me to receive multiple offers within less than 2 weeks of listing. I greatly appreciated the patience that Jackie had with me as a first time home seller. She was very matter of fact and yet helped me to stay very optimistic.
I am going to post my review fully knowing they use blocking methods to block comments: It is not equitable for someone in my financial position to take that kind of offer where I am working hard to pay down a property and I don’t get to keep the equity. And secondly I am very suspicious of the activity I see on your reviews on Google where you have used Deman Force to block the comments made by people who are dissatisfied with your services.
