Only giving 2 stars because jake made it easy to purchase a home. However......I have sent lists, pictures, emails of repairs that need to be done. Home was delivered in January. It is now end of August and only one repair has been made. (Hopefully) guess we'll find out when it rains again! I can't lock my front door knob. It doesn't latch half the time. I have rust on light fixtures. My back door has to be pulled closed just right and jiggle the knob to close. I have staples sticking out of wall throughout the house. 1 room... read more
