Purchased a home in December 2023. Was promised a chef sink which i never received. My Ac unit was improperly installed on a broken pad, and the lines are pinched from improperly running them. I have condensation pouring out of my ac vents , also causing the ceiling to be wet. I have a damaged roof that has caused mold damage. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with owning a home. After delivery and setup it’s like an act of congress to get somebody out and fix the damages from the delivery and setup. I’ve been told for months now that materials are on the way and work orders have been put in but that’s as far as it goes. Even though my house is under warranty they keep giving me the run around on fixing it. Looks like I’m going to have to take legal action just to get my repairs done. We have been in our home for over a year. Still waiting on cabinet door. For what we paid, I expected better service. Our first home's frame was bent and they took it back. This one took a lot of time to get right, as the center wall was a foot and a half off. If only we could go back to before this mess. I will be glad to provide pics. Tammy Montgomery. we have had ours for 2 years now. Its built by what seems to be pipe smokers.
Wasted a month of my time doing nothing. The in house lender in uneducated as to how Realtors work in multiple states with multiple licenses and refused to count being a Realtor as an income bearing job. The other lender they use 21st Mortgage; Kaylie approved me without any documentation than, denied me the next day again without documentation and than refused to return my calls or emails for any explanation, even though she had now run my credit. The staff ay HH seems great but overall this places lenders are shadddddy.
