I am wondering about all the five-star reviews; read on to learn more about our experience renting from Heritage House. Our apartment at 205 W Jefferson St was a health hazard and fire hazard when we moved in. We leased the unit sight unseen. When we first took occupancy, there were several immediate health and safety concerns. First, the AC drain pipe was clogged and water had been overflowing onto the closet floor. I have been living in my apartment for almost a year now and I have been extremely impressed with the landlord's dedication to keeping the building clean and well-maintained. The common areas are always spotless and I appreciate the regular spraying for pests to ensure a comfortable living environment.
