My wife and I spent thousands of dollars at this place and our couch is peeling and they say it’s natural. They refuse to help us with a solution after they got our money. Customer service after the sale sucks and they don’t care about their customers. When we asked for the manufacture phone or contact they refuse to give it to us. We 100% don’t recommend this place. Way to expensive for this to be happening and nothing they will do to make it right!! Be aware

Heritage house has great customer service and are very helpful and a joy to work with. Jennifer was a great help to us. She helped us plan out how much furniture we needed and what colors would look great in our house. And if there was anything you needed she was right there willing to help you in any way. Its a great family run business with wonderful staff and service. I would highly recommend Heritage House. Thanks so much! Our home looks beautiful!
Jennifer, Gene and the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming! They were able to coordinate my existing furniture with new pieces to complete the look I was after. I love my Smith Brothers furniture!! I'm so glad I found them. It's well worth the drive to Michigan!
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to what we were looking for and helped us put it all together, from furniture, fabric, lighting and artwork selections. They even came to the house! We never felt any pressure, just professionalism and positive results.
No pressure sales here! The staff is very knowledgeable about the brands they carry. Made in America🇺🇸 You can choose your fabric and they recommend a type that would work with your lifestyle. Delivery brought it in and set in place. Made sure everything was perfect!! A very pleasant experience all around!!
