Some hygienists are very unprofessional, and treat people differently according to the colour of their skin. However, the lead dentist (Dr. Yolanda Li) is amazing, very knowledgeable, nice and detail oriented. I would give Dr. Li a solid 5 star.
What an amazing dentist’s office. We had trouble with two other dentists, Heritage ACTUALLY cares. The receptionists were so kind and told me how much I had left with my benefits, so I could target exactly what I needed to focus on and when. They are super quick to coordinate with your insurance. They didn’t overcharge and let me know that, through my coverage, exams wouldn’t be covered with cleaning so went ahead and asked if I’d like to book separate appointments. What a deal breaker. Very professional and friendly staff.
Our son had a wonderful experience at this clinic for his recent teeth cleaning visit. The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist staffs were all warm, patient, and professional, and they helped him feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The hygienist did a thorough but gentle cleaning, explaining each step in kid-friendly language, while the dentist took the time to answer our questions and offer helpful tips for keeping his teeth healthy at home.
