I took my son for a dental cleaning at this clinic a few months ago and had a very unpleasant experience. The hygienist (randomly assigned by the clinic) was running late for our appointment. However, when she came to the waiting area, instead of coming to us, she went to chat with another lady in the corner of the reception who appeared to be a customer who happened to be there. My family has been going to Heritage House Dental for several years now. The hygienists and dentists are thorough but they definitely need to work on being on time. Majority of the appointments we have had, we always have to wait. Yesterday I was told after my cleaning I’d have to wait 20 mins before the dentist would see me because my cleaning was done early. Great Dental office. The Dentists and Hygienists are doing a great job here. Main reason for me shifting is to get easy appointments and I get good appointment dates on weekdays itself for surgical related too (even though months apart) unlike other dentists who says only available on sundays. Rates are also nominal and does not eat up my insurance on few sittings itself. They have good ambience like TV’s overhead and cartoons everywhere that gives good comfort for my son also to attend.
I’ve been a patient since 2019 I think. The dentists are great and very personable. I had a weird interaction with two receptionists on separate occasions. Annoyed me enough to switch dentists and to also switch my ratings which was a 5 star before.
The clinic’s environment, hygiene standards, and staff professionalism are truly outstanding. My dentist, Dr. Dhifaf, is exceptionally skilled her attention to detail and ability to detect even the smallest issues is remarkable. Today, I had a cleaning appointment with Karen, and it was genuinely the best cleaning I’ve ever experienced. Her technique, thoroughness, and gentle approach exceeded all expectations.
