There are almost no children here, and mostly settled adults. It is constructed poorly and the whole building sometimes shakes when people jump into the poor. There is no real outdoors privacy and the heating is sub-par. It gets draft in the winters and my hallway at least constantly smells of smoke as the main smoker on my floor has a door un properly hung. Overall it is not too bad of a place, there is a community here with grill outs and lounging at the pool, but it is for sure not the best.
