I dealt with friendly staff, but I found four roaches, both dead and alive, on the first day in the apartment and moved everything out immediately. Unit also didn't have a fire alarm. Edit: We've now been getting the runaround after vacating the premises, and I find new cockroaches in all phases of life throughout multiple floors of the building every time I re-enter the space.

Only decent thing about this place is I could smoke darts in my apartment hahaha
Having my freezer quit working on a Friday afternoon was just luck but having to wait until Monday to have it repaired was beyond frustrating. All turned out good since repairs were a success with no issues, thank you!
