Enjoyed every minute of working with the residents. They were family to me. The toxic work environment was just to much to deal with. The narcissism of the Director and the lack of supervision on the floor made for a rough environment. If you do the right thing by going to management due to harassment by an employee, you are treated poorly and nothing is even documented like it would be at any other facility. It's a beautiful home and the residents really love it here. The staff genuinely care and enjoy their time taking care of the residents. The building is also very clean!
