We were treated deplorably at the Howard Johnson franchise owned by Heritage Hotel Group. I have contacted corporate Howard Johnson who have apologized for the way we were treated. However, the email corporate has for this location is incorrect. I have repeatedly requested a working email address from Heritage Hotel Group and they have not provided it. At this time I want everything in writing regarding what happened at their motel. I do not trust anyone who works at the motel.
The biggest problem with this hotel group is their phone line has no direct contact to leave a message for or speak to. I had a horrible experience with one of the staff members at their San Diego location and I believe a company should be transparent in communication especially in regards to an employee working for them that is suffering from serious mental illness. I had booked a hotel on booking.com and when I arrived the woman that I spoke with was very hostile.
