The biggest problem with this hotel group is their phone line has no direct contact to leave a message for or speak to. I had a horrible experience with one of the staff members at their San Diego location and I believe a company should be transparent in communication especially in regards to an employee working for them that is suffering from serious mental illness. I had booked a hotel on booking.com and when I arrived the woman that I spoke with was very hostile.
We stayed here on January 2nd & 3rd 2019 only because there was no place else in Chico available and we had to meet w/ the insurance inspector to inspect our home for damage due to the Camp-Fire in Paradise. The place is a Hell Hole: 1. Never Any Manager: On the 2nd & 4th the desk clerk was Prabhjot. She was VERY Nice, but apparently had no authority to help us or make improvements.
