Dan and his crew worked really hard on our home. They maintained the timeframes even when weather was not cooperating. He was competitive on the bid and worked on making adjustments to original plans created by someone else to fit our budget and desires. He provides updates along the way through builder trend even when we couldn’t visit the site. If we built another home we would choose Heritage Homeworks again, and would recommend anyone give him the opportunity to earn their business.
We love our Heritage Home! It is extremely well-built - high quality craftsmanship from the foundation to the roof. Especially beautiful carpentry and finishing. Also, timely - done in six months. Dan patiently guided us through the many stages of decisions. He was so great at communications - always responded within 24 hours. He is a decent, responsible, ethical person whom we could trust. Every day I wake up thankful for my beautiful home, and the folks who built it!
Dan Harder, and Heritage Home Works was fantastic to work with! We experience timely communication and a commitment to their craft. We were working with insurance adjusters and Dan made this process very smooth and easier to navigate. His team was very experienced and sensitive to the fact that they were working in our home while we occupied it. We definitely will use them again.
