The owner, David Pretak, is extremely judgmental when prospective buyers are interested in buying a home in one of his parks. He makes sure to go through all the rules around what you can do, what you can’t do, and what you are financiallry responsible for. Hoewever, he does not hold up to his responsibilities. I had a terrible experience when I reached out to Heritage Homes this afternoon to inquire about purchasing a new mobile/manufactured home. I was "greeted" with the most displeasurable conversation that I have had in a long while, by who I presume is their receptionist. I wanted some insight and information as to what Heritage Homes offers (Products, services, ballpark prices, etc), but was spoken to in a rude and condescending way. Sadly, I did not get a name.
