I had my kitchen cabinets refaced in January 2026. The work was done on time and I am happy with the results. Unfortunately my granite countertop got a large scratch and a few chips around it, probably from a tool being dragged on the surface. The cleaning was not great as the job is extremely messy and dusty. and did not notice the damage until later. I was going to have my laundry room redone but because of the possibility of more damage, I will skip.

We chose Heritage based on their reputation for quality and craftsmanship. We had our cabinets refaced and installed quartz countertops in five days. The level of craftsmanship and quality of work exceeded my expectations. The installers were courteous, meticulous, and prompt. This was not the cheapest option, but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. My wife and I are very happy with the results!

Regardless of their ability in their chosen trade, their employees lack the care of community and safety. One of their drivers halted traffic in the express lane southbound on 405 at 7:18a on September 16th to illegally cross the double lines. Young, slim man in a long sleeve grey shirt. Reviews are, seemingly, the only feedback companies acknowledge so hoping the owner(s) see this and addresses.
