Extremely unprofessional behavior from someone driving a Heritage Homecraft-branded vehicle. The driver aggressively tailgated me, followed me into a private parking lot, and made obscene and inappropriate gestures toward me. Completely unacceptable behavior while representing a company. I have photo and video documentation of the entire incident.

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced in January 2026. The work was done on time and I am happy with the results. Unfortunately my granite countertop got a large scratch and a few chips around it, probably from a tool being dragged on the surface. The cleaning was not great as the job is extremely messy and dusty. and did not notice the damage until later. I was going to have my laundry room redone but because of the possibility of more damage, I will skip.

We chose Heritage based on their reputation for quality and craftsmanship. We had our cabinets refaced and installed quartz countertops in five days. The level of craftsmanship and quality of work exceeded my expectations. The installers were courteous, meticulous, and prompt. This was not the cheapest option, but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. My wife and I are very happy with the results!
