Regardless of their ability in their chosen trade, their employees lack the care of community and safety. One of their drivers halted traffic in the express lane southbound on 405 at 7:18a on September 16th to illegally cross the double lines. Young, slim man in a long sleeve grey shirt. I’m going to give this company the best review they’ve ever had. (Disclaimer - I am a customer. I am in no way related to or know anyone that is affiliated with this company). Here’s the deal. Heritage resurfaced my cabinets in December 2024. The work was completed on time and with excellence. I couldn’t be happier with the results. In March 2025, I noticed a very small mark on one of the cabinet doors—I had no idea where it came from. I called Heritage; they came promptly, tried to fix it, and when they couldn’t, they ordered a new door. Two weeks later, the new door was installed.
