I was quoted $2300 for a thermostat replacement on an Acadia (common issue), despite others I’ve talked to being quoted around $1200 around the state. The price was so high because “they have to take the whole top of the engine off”, “it’s like a huge 8 hour job”. Did you mean the head? Fuel rails? I completed this job in my driveway for $260 in parts, a 6 pack of Jack and 2:45 minutes of my time. Excellent service all round
stay away from getting vehicle serviced, Received an email with cap pricing schedule for vehicle service which they wont honour staff very poor customer service and very argumentative - service manager Tim Poteris is MIA won't return calls.
