Staff did a nail trim for our dogs during the pandemic, important as both dogs' nails were problematically long and said dogs are rather defensive. Other vets classified nail trims as "non-essential"; Heritage Hills understood the necessity of the procedure. Done quickly, with no stress, and at a lower price than I expected. Highly recommended. Edit, 5 years later: they became our main vet after this, and have never let us down.

I brought my cat to Heritage Hills Vet on the August long weekend. He was suspected diabetic but his regular vet was closed for the weekend, required a second blood test to confirm, and so I took him and all the paperwork from his regular vet to Heritage Hills. The people at Heritage Hills Vet are great. The vet obviously loves animals and was very kind. I have no criticisms about how they treated my cat. The blood test was completed and confirmed diabetes. I'm the petsitter and took my client's dog in for her. They were very accommodating on very short notice and also friendly & helpful once we arrived. I'd take my own pet there anytime based on how they treated us this visit and how this dog reacts to them. She gave the vet kisses and was much more comfortable after some attention and a couple treats.
