Stay away, go anywhere else! Worst euthanasia experience ever, and I have put several pets down. Every beloved furry friend I've had to put down received his injections through an iv in his arm. This vet put the first injection in his back. It didn't work and my poor kitty was still alert so they injected him with a different medication, so they could administer the final injection, warning me he could vomit, but hopefully not. Beware of the technologist's at this Clinic. If they do not like you, they will charge you more and here comes the worst part, they have turned on one of our animals during surgery. Our kitten could have died from fluid in her lungs. Clearly it was the tech that brought our kitten back to us as she was letting us know through growling that she didn’t appreciate this girl. Then, inside our vehicle, we could clearly hear fluid in her lungs. Just saying.
I recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet. My dog and cat have had a few surgeries and health issues and it has always been handled with top care. They treat me and my family so kindly every visit and make every step easy. They are always available to answer and questions or concerns I call with and its easy refill my pets meds and order food.
I would highly recommend this vet . The staff and Dr. Marco were amazing and took really good care of our Baily after being attacked by a coyote. The price and service was acceptional.
Can't say enough good things about Dr Marco and the team at Heritage Hills!
