Giving 5 stars to the Maitenance guys Ryan and Hunter. They respond quick to tickets and are overall hilarious guys. They fix the issues quick and efficiently.
This is my second year here and I’m actually enjoying my stay so far. I did get a unit that at first had some plumbing issues but maintenance always responded fast and are always so nice and professional. Everyone is super nice here too . So far so good ! Keep up the good work . Now the location is pretty nice and you get the benefits of being in decent school districts
Ryan and Hunter are such a breath of fresh air in the maintenance department here. They are kind, intelligent and get things done in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their efforts in turning things around at the property. Wouldn’t be 5 stars without them!
Day 4 of Review: The plumbing issue in my apartment remains unresolved. I contacted emergency maintenance, but no one has shown up yet. I will continue to rate this experience with 1 star each day until my problem is fixed and management issues an apology for the delay in addressing it. It has now been 10 days and counting. The plumbing problem persists, and my kitchen has developed a foul odor. I'm still waiting for any action to be taken.
