I moved in here November of 2024 when a new move in special was highlighted “Move in by the 26th and get the first month free of rent”. I had signed the lease and moved into my apartment by the 16th. I was then charged for rent on December 1st the following month. When I had inquired about this change, the lady had informed me that there was a different move in special that had gone into effect and the other was no longer valid. Ryan and Hunter came into fix my toilet exactly at the time I needed them to. Very kind and helpful. The property management is extremely responsive and kind. I don’t see myself moving out of this place any time soon.
Candie made the approval process seamless and easy. Had no issues living here any maintenance is addressed promptly and most of the time same day! We got an excellent move in special and really enjoy living here!
Building 8308 is infested with roaches from 2022 - ….probably still infested, not sure as I moved out March 15th a whole month before my lease was up because I couldn’t stand one more week in that place! I begged previous landlords to ensure all units were being visited by pest control and until recently (after TWO YEARS of BI WEEKLY pest control visits that did nothing, and the most recent management change) and no one enforced it.
