I recently moved here, it has been a nice quiet place. The property manager Candie made the move in process nice and easy she’s a nice lady. I had to have the maintenance men Hunter and Ryan fix my shower handle, but other than that I haven’t had any issues with the place, the maintenance team were quick to get my issue resolved they are hard working and easy on the eyes.
From start to finish, Candie made the entire application process easy and stress-free. Her professionalism was truly top-notch. When I first moved in, I had one minor issue, but Hunter and his staff addressed it promptly and professionally. The property itself is beautiful and remains quiet—even on the weekends. This is a wonderful place to live—very clean, safe, and welcoming. It honestly makes me excited to come home every day!
Horrible move in experience! The turn over was unfinished (blown fuse, broken AC, outlets off, broken vents, no light switches, no toilet holders in bathroom etc.) Kimberly in the leasing office is unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the tenants at Heritage Hill! Do NOT rent here the rent is sky high for what you’re getting. I do not recommend renting with Heritage Hill Estates!
Extremely happy I chose moving here. I'm new to apartment renting and they helped me so much with the process. Had only one thing wrong when I moved in and it was a fan clicking. The maintenance guys ( Hunter and Ryan) got it taken care of pretty fast. They were super friendly and helpful. Living here has been peaceful and quite. Dog friendly. Look forward to enjoy my new home here. Thank you all for being so helpful.
