Candie made the approval process seamless and easy. Had no issues living here any maintenance is addressed promptly and most of the time same day! We got an excellent move in special and really enjoy living here!
Building 8308 is infested with roaches from 2022 - ….probably still infested, not sure as I moved out March 15th a whole month before my lease was up because I couldn’t stand one more week in that place! I begged previous landlords to ensure all units were being visited by pest control and until recently (after TWO YEARS of BI WEEKLY pest control visits that did nothing, and the most recent management change) and no one enforced it. I recently moved here, it has been a nice quiet place. The property manager Candie made the move in process nice and easy she’s a nice lady. I had to have the maintenance men Hunter and Ryan fix my shower handle, but other than that I haven’t had any issues with the place, the maintenance team were quick to get my issue resolved they are hard working and easy on the eyes.
From start to finish, Candie made the entire application process easy and stress-free. Her professionalism was truly top-notch. When I first moved in, I had one minor issue, but Hunter and his staff addressed it promptly and professionally. The property itself is beautiful and remains quiet—even on the weekends. This is a wonderful place to live—very clean, safe, and welcoming. It honestly makes me excited to come home every day!
