My mom was here several years ago for her knee replacement, I came today to see if I could bring my mom next week after her surgery (fracture shoulder) and I do need to say it looks way different just walking in reception welcomes you with a smile and helps you right away. Admisión Person wasn’t In but some one took the time to walk me around, couldn’t remember her name. Floor and rooms looked clean and they have plenty of rooms available. QUALITY NORTH KOREAN STYLE HEALTHCARE My father was sentenced to 2 months in Heritage. Hopelessly understaffed. My dad had a neck brace on due to major surgery on his spine and one of the workers yanked his head forward and he screamed and she didn't even adjust the force she was using. He was also able to experience bed sores for the first time here. He was able to escape early due to getting severely dehydrated and they ended up finding him on the floor. I’ve been here for two months and I must say the staff is a joy and that is especially important when your health is at stake. The facility is spotless. My guests have been treated with respect. As you can tell, I’ve enjoyed my stay.
