I gotta say, my family as a whole have always loved and had deep ties with every part of heritage health for years. My mother in law use to even be employed here. After being given the wrong directions and info about restored paths (wich was fine) we were finally able to find the new location and asked to be pointed in the right direction. I loved their assessment/ on-boarding system for Therapy. You go in, talk about what you're struggling with, what you're looking to gain from therapy etc. They match you with a therapist/ councelor rather than blindly scheduling you with someone. It's great. My counselor is fantastic, we click, she gets what I need to continue to work on myself and grow. I've been going for a little more than 6 months now and I definitely can tell a difference. Minus 1 star because god forbid you have to call the front desk. They never answe... read more
