I’m VERY disappointed in the care at Heritage health Rathdrum! When someone comes in to see the Dr. (and gets the NP) and talks to them about a serious problem and the female NP looks at you like your crazy and then just tried to push pills on you (which you don’t need or want) and then says “ I will be right back with information for you”. And doesn’t come back but sends some guy in to get rid of you! I know that some people are not balanced but treating people like she treated my sister today is uncalled for!
