Terrible communication with patients. They dropped the ball twice with me. I was referred here by my PCP as they were allegedly in-network. I provided my insurance info via phone upon scheduling my intake appointment. I live in Pullman and drove to Coeur d’Alene for the appointment and found out at the appointment that it could have been virtual and someone should have given me a call about.
